To display/hide SKU, follow these steps:

Go to the Searchanise (Smart Search Bar & Filters) control panel > Search & Navigation > Instant search widget section > Content tab > Products part.
Switch on / switch off the Show SKU setting.
Apply the changes.

That’s it. SKU is now displayed/hidden in the Instant Search Widget.
